So I downloaded EVEREST Pc viewer thingie, and I went to my mother board. Then over to chipset and saw this under South Bridge

PCI Express Controller:

Does that mean I could put a Video Card in that slot ?

I am just very confused and don't want to go out and buy a Video Card and not be able to use it.
