none of it says an starfish is allowed to say whatever he feels anywhere he wants.
and swearing at a cop, or shouting fire in a theater isn't the exception to the rule as kids cant help but believe. because tons of stuff your not free to say.
if your anti government or some other protest, then you have certain rights. but this stuff only applies to these things.
once you stepo into a persons home, business, or use a website or game. your rights are long gone.
