Moddable Vechicles

I noticed the Horse vehicle had things like a maxYawSpeed to limit how fast you could turn it - is it possible to edit other variables in this way to change the physics/speeds of them?

If anyone feels like doing this, make it so you have to have credits to buy stuff. Such as an admin holding a race, one guy wins so the admin awards the winner with like 5 credits or something which he can use to mod his car.

I don't know if Torque supports that. What I do know is Torque will most likely support my idea. I'll talk to VH.
