Vehicle Sound Effects?

 I noticed that Badspot had included a sound effect in V8 for the jeep, but it was somehow disabled. Anybody know how to create it? Or is it even possible to do, now that he has Perma-Banned it from ever being enabled in Blockland again?

I know this is a big bump but i wonder why its in the script. Did badspot try to put engine sound on a vehicle? If it failed, why didnt he delete that part of the .cs file? Someone please answer.
