Portal is sold in stores, and there is a map pack of the flash game, some parts of it will be in Portal: Still Alive.

Lemme get this straight. Since Valve is so modder friendly, they agreed to put parts of levels from this unofficial flash version in the official portal 2 game which will be called "Portal: Still Alive"?

No, Still Alive is the Xbox standalone, plus some user created maps.  Portal 2 is still Portal 2.
