PTTA is your friend.

I don't support PTTA. It was required in v0002 because noobs could come to the game, spam 50 servers, then leave the game forever. Now they have to pay to be here, so instead of 99% noobs that do that, it's 97%. As such...un-required in most cases.

Plus, noobs have used this on me for no reason more then non-noobs for good reasons. :/
