Jumper Mod?

Is it possible to make a mod that when you press a key on your keyboard, you teleport to a certain distance in an area were you are facing? That would be pretty neat.

No i mean not a gun, but like, you have a Gui, set a key, and press it. Then some cool emmiter appears and poof, your there.

Why? All you need to do is aim and click (you dont see the gun, it's invisible.)
