Night/day suggestion/request

Like on it every few minutes would be hours in BL time and it would change to day and to night and there should be a event that comes with it when it turns dark the lights come on when the sun is out the lights are off.

I ask this a long time ago, try searching first, anyways you can just use the editor to make it darker or brighter.
