a tool for admins only makes it so a player cant talk until he gets hit with the tool again i would be cool to stop noobs from spamming

Ptta got failed it is to much admin abuse...Why not stick with kicking/banning? :/

i hate jail it sucks you get muted on the [p] city rpg and you cant ask for a pardon :O
