Death, money loss, money gain

i attempted to make this myself, however the code was too complex for me to make heads or tails of it, so im going to ask the forum

its pri a simple script, the problem being; i dont know how to make simple scripts
basicly when 1 player kills the other player
the killer gets 10% of the killed persons money (variable=cash)
thats it, nothing else to it
