Faces problem: Only thumbs show up!

I have read every available topic in a search on this, and I still have this problem. The thumb shows up in-game, but the face itself is blank. I made them the right sizes and did everything I read on the topics already created. What do I do? I just want a quick and simple answer please, then I'll be on my way.

i would try to help you as much as possible but i dont quite understand what you are trying to ask, try writing it like this:

what problem you have
what you want done
what file it is

if you supply that information i should be able to help ( by the way the key word in that sentence is "should")

Okay:

When I try to use my face decal I created, only the icon shows up up. Not the actual face.

I want to see the face.

I put both the files in a folder in add-ons called "Face_XD" (it's a face making the xD face), I put the thumbnail size in a folder inside the Face_XD folder called "thumbs". Then, I put the regular face in the Face_XD file alone. Just like everyone says. Still no face.
