I am making a model right now and before I make a certain part I need to now this. I have a couple questions. Most are yes or no question but here they are.
1. Are animations included in DTS files?
2. Is there anyway to script a vehicle to make it play its animation?
I had like 6 questions but I onlyt remmembered 2 so... lol.

Yes and no, if you're planning to make a character model, you need to export the animations through .dsq.

2. Is there anyway to script a vehicle to make it play its animation?

Yes, also depends on what animations you want it to play. If its just a constant looping animation e.g the car shaking, then its quite easy.

What I meant with anime was animation. I have no idea if anime means something else. I'm just talking about animation.
