The suit was a little difficult to do, so I gave up. I couldn't get the top-hat to work right, so I gave up. Still a decent face though.

Finally, after much thunking and trying to get some good reference pictures in Gmod, i made this The hat could've been lower though D:

I must do what has to be done by me and live up to my family name and face FULL LIFE CONSEQUENCES!

How do you make the transparent colors over the little dot things but keep those there with a tint of the color you're using?

In Paint.net, i made the beard on a new layer, i colored it with a solid color, i went to the Layer window i have up, i double clicked the layer with the beard on it, i changed it's layer type from normal to multiply since all the other types didn't look good

Or you could just decrease the layer visibility.

Yeah, that too, but i decided to change the layer type instead :D

Small bump

I added a new template to the first post if you want to use it

I forget what effects with what values in what order i used to make the last one, so this one came out a little different
