onPlayerTouch-ifPlayerDirection-False-Client-CenterPrint-"This sign says..."
Check if they're facing the FRONT of the sign, and call them a douche for trying to read the back of it otherwise.

Would it be possible to make combinations for this like 0) OnPlayerTouch>self>ifplayerdirection>equals>north
1)OnVariableTrue>seteventenabled>2>yes
2)OnPlayerTouch>self>ifplayerdirection>equals>west

and continue that for epic combination events to get into seekrit lairs <:D?

EDIT: Tested it, Not nearly as good as i've been Expecting! Can you change it so its If you facing 45 Degrees on Both Sides of the Direction. Not 90 Degrees on Both Sides. So if you have:
OnPlayerTouch>Self>IfDirection>North
VarrableTrue>Client>CenterPrint>North
-NewBrick (But so you touch them all)-
OnplayerTouch>Self>IfDirection>East
VarrableTrue>Client>CenterPrint>East
-NewBrick-
And so on, then it will Detect North, East, South, and West, not just NE, NW, SE, and SW.
