maybe a playertype that makes your vision like this http://fc06.deviantart.com/fs26/i/2008/185/e/9/The_Beast_Vision_by_Diamondus.jpg and you hear a heartbeat sound...in the background of everything...if the sound isnt possible is the vision?just thought it would be a bit cool...

Do-able, possible way of doing is put an image over the playgui with the brown/red lines and change the FOV a bit methinks.
