Mirrors Edge PC problem(?)

I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, but on the mission "Heat" (Or something close to that) I seem to walk really slow, And cant jump unless I stop completely.
Halp pls?

Call EA and have them tell you to restart your computer.

If it is in Chapter 3, I read that it was an anti-piracy sort of thing.

Maybe it thinks you don't own the game somehow.

It is an anti-piracy thing kind of like in GTA IV(how the cops would always be after you and other things).

You shouldn't be pirating games mister!
