I usually use skateboard shoes when I go running, my favorite brand is Osiris.

Skateboarding shoes are good too except the bottom rubs off really fast. The soles on my skateboarding shoes are so thin now that it's like pretty much going bare footed.

Wallflips are completely different. I can nail a back flip and back handspring (Among other things), which should help a lot, but whatever I try I simply cannot get the push off of the wall.

I went to the gym once and tried doing them on one of those soft diagonal wall mat things, every time my foot hits the wall I simply flip without pushing, and end up being so close to the wall that the back of my head hits it.

Strange...

I agree with Vertzer, if you keep on using them, the soles will rub off, so I recommend using shoes that are older and stuff.

I Use Adio's and Van's for Free-running i just got into it so i use padding when i practice in the gym.

Wall flips i can do but they get complicated combo-ing them with other flips such as

Wall Flip, Run, Wall Run, Flip, And then finish.

When did shoes become so ugly? :/
