It would be a lot better if in V11 you could resize the game window out of fullscreen, so instead of having to press windows key to minimize it then wait, you could just resize the window to close to full screen so you can minimize it with ease.

Mine goes up to 1280x1024. (I run it at 1024x768, which is most of my screen) You have a small monitor or something.

Also usually laptops have some sort of integrated graphics, so they aren't powerful.

Windowed mode will only go in sizes less than your desktop's resolution.
