Magnifying glass

How about a magnifying glass weapon that has limited range and continuos fire (while you're holding mouse 1 atleast) and will set bricks on fire like the fire mod. Will also "burn" people when they are hit and do about 10 dmg per second.....

Well, I guess it would have to be rapid fire with about a 1 second delay between shots? :\
So, per shot, you do 10 damage, but it's silent.
