You can resell public domain and other free resources, actually. You can sell open source stuff too.

The exception is where the license specifically says that you cannot use the resource in a commercial product. You can still contact the author and get permission if you like.

Here's what probably happened. Both authors found the sky on a free resource site (Blockland uses quite a few free resources). The site didn't have any requirement that the product not be used in a commercial product (or they obtained permission to use it). Neither of them made it.

Locking because people can't seem to realize that the slate image is just a loving picture, and doesn't matter at all. If it was confirmed who created it, or who copied it, nothing would happen. It's not a big deal at all, and the only reason you people talk about it is because both games just so happen to be Lego building games.

If you want to be one of those people, go be one in Drama, so you can prove how annoying you are.
