Just spawn heavy and medic ragdolls in Gmod, then, I don't know, nail them to a post or something. I just recently I had a hl2 dream,
which wasn't that scary, but freaked me out for some reason. I was at the point in episode 2 when you close the portal, and when Alyx
and Eli walked to where the helicopter was, the portal opened back up, and stuff loads of combine solders/hunters/other stuff came rushing out.
