Isn't this the wrong section? I don't see how this is a suggestion or a request. Looks more like a help question to me.

ON TOPIC: Make a convincing server name. Try to use some grammar in the server name. Have as few add-ons as possible. TDM is preferred over CityRp, but Zombies is even better (in my opinion). Don't be abusive with admin rights. Don't admin too many people. If server is a DM/TDM, have a fun map to play on.
