"Scale Changer" Add-on: Where to get it?

I would like to know where I could get the scale changer. All other links I have found were no good. Here's the deal:

I download from link. I move file into add ons folder. I boot up blockland and, lo and behold, nothing shows up on the list of add ons. Is it because it is just the .cs file I'm getting? Do the contents of an add on have to be contained in a .zip?

Yes, the 'Scale Changer' was an old add-on for when people didn't have events to change their size. So just use events.

nah dont, I did the same and you could also use fooly cooly's CMD
