Teleport Gun

Now I know that we have the Portal Gun, and we also have the hookshot, but could we have some sort of gun that would very simply just be clicked, and warp us over to the place the transport ray hit? The thing is, the Portal Gun is to hard to handle, and noisy also. And the hookshot just moves too slow. I really want this for special effects, to give someone the impression of us just poofing from one place to another in a matter of seconds. I would appreciate if it didn't have any special effects or sound, just *blink*, and you're there. It could be used for a multitude of things, a ghost appearing in a place really quickly, a ninja, or just to escape from someone who's about to shoot you. I just can't get my point across fast enough with the Portal Gun/Hookshot. :x

This is a pretty good idea, if you want it to be fair you should give it a long reload time or ammo (numer of shots fired before reload animation)  or... both.
Jumping around quickly through broken windows or holes sounds fun!


if anybody makes this it should have a range limit and maybe a visible projectile.

I'd be very helpful for builds... Maybe make it a tool? Or make 2 versions of it, one for SA and Admins only and the other for players. The player one would have a long reload time.

We know this, but this is for normal players not administrators.

I like this idea. It would be pretty handy in Deathmatches.

i almost stoped using the portal gun altoghether and now mostly use the grapple gun

I like the idea of the "Tool" version and the "Minigame" version. you could also make a one time use crafty escape item.
