i know to 3 people called Big Brother,Qaurk and siba who have an add-on that makes the avatar have rainbow does someone out there know what this ad-on is if so give me a link

It's called the funky shirt addon and is not publicly available because everyone would lag up servers like forget.
If you really deserve it, make your own.
