in gmod can you import any game things?

You can, but it's not something you "just do".

You'd have to port it, which is not very easy, or quick.

You can port pretty much any model, texture, and sound.

You need expensive programs and the know-how, though.

You can add LUA if you want to make NPCs or player models. Other than that, it's slightly useless.
