Author Topic: Custom Left4Dead Sprays - I Will Make Them For You  (Read 2520 times)

If you can find me some.

Making a spray is not hard.

You just have to make it the right size (64x64 or something like that) and the right format (.bmp, .tga, .png(?), .jpg(?), etc.)

Don't be so lazy, people.

You actually have to make it into 256x256, and use the right settings to make it into a vtf. file.

I'm pretty sure it makes it a .vtf automatically after you import an image of the correct size and type.

Cool.

I really don't see what the problem is. Why make it yourself when you have someone who is willing to make it for you, and who actually enjoys doing it? I like making images, or being creative.
They can do what they want.

It's like if you had to upgrade a game, then the producers said "do it yourself", yet there is someone who made a program that will update it for you.

There isn't a problem, it's just that it's not hard to resize an image, no offense.

There are some people who don't know how to "resize an image", create their own, or cut out snips and make a transparent background.

can you do animated sprays?

Yeah, sprays are WAYY too easy to make, just a 256x256 tga.

can you do animated sprays?
I'll see if I can.
Yes, but they will have to be a small file, to make it work in-game, or only have like 3 frames. Because of this, the game resizes it to 256x256 in game, so the quality is stuff.
