spikey bat[a wooden baseball bat with nails coming out of it]

soul drain[it causes damage to the enemy and heals the user]

bloody axe[a lumber jack axe with blood stains]

duel katanas[...2 katanas]

dummy[looks like a little doll in your hand and you can drop it and it looks like a bot sitting...]

ghost mod[when you die you turn into a white trans blockhead and you can respawn or walk around as a ghost...]

talking bots[a bot that has ai to walk around, jump, jet{if needed] and "talk"...if you say something to it, it responds like the "badspot bot" thing...with a random little sentence...just for people with demo if they get lonely...]

Oh and don't forget, draining HP never existed before that either! There totally was no Drain or Dream Eater in Pokemon, what are you talking about?
A bloody axe? Well, I'm sure those were never used in any horror movies.
WoW didn't even have real AI.
I suppose that leaves dummies, spiked bats, and dual katanas. I bet those didn't exist till that point and click game came out.
Edit: And there have been games where you could move around as a ghost.
