Author Topic: I'd like to save all bricks on my server. Even unseen ones.  (Read 498 times)

No matter how, but with events and owner. I have full access to the server including physical access.
It is necessary that it is guaranteed that no bricks are left unsaved if none are destroyed or created during the save operation.

The problem is that the constructions are spread all over the map and it makes saving consume an amount of time that is no longer comfortable.

I'm 90% sure you can't do anything about this, deal with it.

Actually, it would be possible if you are the host of a non-dedicated.
I'm sure someone can come up with something.

I think it used to be possible, but then it stopped working in a recent update for some reason...

Wouldn't you be able to use the dedi-saver code for saving all the bricks when you're the local host?

dedi-saver code?

is there a preinstalled script i can execute from the server command line window?

No, there's some add-on that allows you to save on a dedicated server, through the server and not the client.
I'm saying make a way to save as the local client using this code.

What's the name of the addon. If i can save at the server console that is enough.

Thanks. That fits exactly my needs.

edit: btw is there also a way to load maps serverside? It just made it a bit easier, because i don't have to transfer the file to the client first.
