Here is a great one.

Tuck your arm behind your back inside your shirt, and stay that way all day without using it.
lol the summer before 5th grade, I sat and like, put my right foot out of my left sleeve and my left foot out of my right sleeve, and hands crisscrossed out of the bottom of my shirt and I stayed that way all day doing a crabwalkish type thing very slowly :D

I like to think that it's so painful that you can't feel it as much.

But I know I'm wrong. The thought of that much pain makes me sick.
Your nerves stop firing or your brain stops processing the overwhelming pain. Most of the actual pain ensues during the treatment, when your adrenaline isn't flowing.

I remember 7th I put my jacket on my legs and walked through school that way, umm and the hood was interesting too. Get what I mean? My hood was between my legs so it looked weird :x
