Maybe a portal turret (Like a zombie bot thing)

That shoots players in sight

And pickupable by a gravity/portal gun

And more anti-portal bricks

I'd like a checkbox added to the wrench GUI for bricks, called "Portal"
To make anti-portal
without having to god damn use anti-portal bricks or event

I'm reasonably sure that the portal gun comes with default anti-portal bricks, and events to set other bricks to anti-portal.

Well, somebody isn't going to make these bricks when you are fully capable of making them yourself.

If you can be bothered to use the wrench on every single brick you want to be Anti-Portal, use the events.
If you think this takes too long to go to the events menu, use the Auto Wrench.
If you want all your bricks to instantly be anti-portal, use the Anti-Portal Bricks set.
If you want bricks in a different shape to instantly be anti-portal, make your own Anti-Portal bricks set - that's why I made the example.

Right, turret....simple

Use a zombie that stands on  (onbottouch_targetbot_spawnpro jectile) brick and put ar fence around his base so he cant move, instant turret.
