baseplate problem

I don't like the idea of us having to build on 64x64 baseplates. when was that requested anyway?. Ps is there a way to turn that off. any way if not I would like it if V13 didn't have that feature required

..ahermm...are you even that un-stupid enough to run a server without porting so its not internet.
