when you have 99 lights and emiters and than you go for 100 it says you cant have more than 100 lights or emiters i think you should have the limit like 200 or some thing like that because i cant finish my air port and most other things.

You can change this with the RTB Server prefs, and I'm pretty sure it can also be changed under 'Advanced' when you go to start a server.
