I know, so did I, but my friend is level 92 and he says at the end it's so ridiculous that you need more people with maxed out skills.

And of course you became bored, you weren't playing with any friends. I'm surprised you leveled to 40 by yourself, I only got as far as 23 by myself before I became bored.

I beat the game by level 25, me and my partner.

Well I enjoy the game, especially the enemy juggle attack which leaves me pretty well prepared for most boss battles since most of their attacks are aimed to the ground. I beat the main game on my own. I just needed plenty of sammiches and potions and I was fine. I played once with my brother and like all things shared with my bro, it became a stupid contest to see who got the most of this or that, or he'd steal food to heal myself when he didn't need it, which I got tired of dealing with. I'm sure it will be the same with anyone else I play with.

That's very easy to accomplish, but try Insane mode and you'll see what I mean.

I know, insane mode was soooo hard, I had to get to level 42 to even start attempting it.
We beat the game in 12 hours or less :D
