ive gotten more then that.
but i don't recall what ones i want people to know about and what ones i don't.
so i guessed

for the payment issue.
if you have access to a working card, just make a paypal account with it.
and pay with your card using paypal instead.
the card system here wouldn't ever see what card you had used or if you had used one at all.
paypal wont cost you a thing extra in any way

if it still wont work, there is clearly another problem with the card, and you were mistaken
