Nope, Replay Value. The Replay Value is how many you play it before getting bored, and believe me, i play 1.6 more than Source, i even uninstalled Source.

Source has the same fun modes and they're better because of the Source engine's physics. Surfing and bunnyhopping are actually possible in Source, piratewars is awesome, and deathrun has physics boulders.

I stand by my original statement for lower 1.6 RV.
