My favorites are The Tribal and Space Stages
Tribal
Pros
-------
It is the first close to RTS type of the game
It is hilarious to see 12 men rush over a hill with stone axes then maul an Epic creature
Cons
-------
It is damn annoying how often animals come to steal your food
Space
Pros
-------
It is byfar the largest stage ever in the game
It has the most possbility
adding Galatic adventures makes that even better
Cons
-------
Start a war too early or too many at once and you will get your ass kicked all over the Game World
At the beginning finding a T2 planet is damn near impossible without terraforming or wars
Terra formers that use energy take a while to get and ammo ones are 100K-150K

Tell us why you chose that and it cant be bullstuff like "If it wasn't for cell stage nothing else would be able to happen"

Space is the only stage with any depth, which makes me sad.

I liked the Creature(?) stage, if you have wings you can fly around :D

I liked the Cell Stage, if you get eaten, you grow and eat the one who ate you >:D revenge tastes good

I remember using a mod package file that let you fly across bodies of waters. Was awesome :D

Any of the stages that don't cause my computer to stuff itself with errors.
