What it is:
A map where a violent, hurricane-like storm is taking place. Preferably not a slate edit, so I'd like to see some terrain. Since it would be raining, some flood basins and flooding (either from a marsh or a river) should be present. Also, it would be good if the rain particles were angled to simulate wind blowing. If possible, a raining sfx would be nice.
Alternative:
A hurricane on a shore/island, with large swells and some flooding, etc.
