Something like the cannon but fires laser and looks something like this but if you make it shorten it alittle.
and is it possible to make the top turn not the whole thing.

Also, it shouldn't be so tall. If it was shorter, you've got yurself a ship turret.

I could do it but it would be a physical vehicle. I still am learning tanks and such.

Edit: The 88mm AA is almost done.

Just make a tower out of bricks and put a cannon on top. (until heed is done)
