Well, I was wanting to join a server and then it says this. I have tried restarting steam at least twice.

What game was it?
Delete the game's local content, then install it again. You will be able to join, at least depending on the reason this is happening.

Deleting the local game content does not remove the game entirely.
Right click GMod > Delete Local Game Content > Yes. > Right Click again > Install...
It will start off around 85%

It fixed itself without re-install. Thanks anyways ;D
