This is a nice idea, but has been suggested too many times.

Also, pointing something out, I'd imagine the Jeep weighs more then the player. So a 2 ounce player dies when it falls from more then 60 blocks up, but a 12 ounce Jeep falls to the ground and bounces... heh, thats funny.
