I hate it every time it comes up. My voice is so high pitched it gets annoying. However, it serves a purpose to build up for the pineapple banzai gag, which I think works really well.

Though I would not say that was the best part of the movie. To me the best part is Thriller. Hands down. Even after seeing it a hundred times it still makes me chuckle. Kudos to Warren on that gag.

Just seems like a parody of the Family guy/robot chickens parodies that all seem to try too hard and miss on a lot of things. I just don't know how many more of these parody remakes I can sanely stand.
