I thought it would be cool to have Cluster bombs with strato's bomber and stuff. I can't get any links so sorry. Sorry i didn't give a lot of infomation on it. i was thinking you just edit Straato's B-17, just name it something a little different so the don't over lap.

A cluster bomb is not usually used alone as it is used in a cluster of bombs from which it got its name it is dropped usually from a plane so he might be saying to make a plane that drops bombs like this:
