Off topic: This just made me want to play super mario sunshine. :D
On topic: This would be fun, you could be able to switch modes, but if you wanted to have the turbo thingy or that mode that shoots you upward you would have to go find a box with it in it, like in the game. Also, you should have to jump into water to refill it. :P

The way to do the boxes would be making Props and when you plant it, it will automaticaly have events for it.
