In the fourth dimension, each of the outer faces is a cube.
All you are seeing in that image on your computer scrren is a 2d image of a 3d projection of a 4d object

img]http://fleischfilm.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/2-wireframehypercubeprojectededit1.jpg[/img...doesn't look like any out of the ordinary 3d shape... this is what google calls a 4 dimensional cube? also how does an axis form a corkscrew? Oro is confused
That is it exactly, except what it doesnt show is the fact that those two cubes you see are the exact same size, and the lines connecting them can in theory stetch infinantly.

Albert Einstien predicted I think 12 demensions.
In my view point as describing time as a scalar quantity and relativity as things changing on that axis, you have hyper relativity of how the change changes. This can be viewed 3dimensionally by having the repittions of the graph existing in 3 dimensions. You can then place repetitions of the repetions placed in 3 dimensional graphs and keep doing this over and over. This is what I meant by fractals. By my theory there are infinite dimensions.

Prefect illustration, except the way I had worked through it would explain it on a more mathematical level.

Also on that, a 4th dimensional being would be able to see every side of a 3 dimensional object at once.

friend.

Also, people disagree about whether or not time is the fourth dimension. Einstein referred to it as the fourth dimension when describing relativity, but it is not the fourth dimension with recent theories such as membrane theory.

sorry mom, i'll read it next time.

Watch this.

It helped me understand the concept.

Nvm, someone posted it.

I saw it long ago :C

Wait a minute... square the x.... divide by 7...... ADD A VARIABLE HERE!!!!! I CAN TRAVEL THROUGH TIIIIIIIME!

ladios has futher contributed to the advancement of my knowledge.  yay ladios.  you have edumakated a young boy.

Beat me to it, i really think that the way Carl explains it is good.I saw it about 4 months ago and it was good then.I like the way he explains the second dimension to<even know the videos mostly about it>.

Coolio. I never thought about it before.
