Don't spawn in DM when join game.

Well everyone hates it when you died in a DM and lost all your lifes, people keep joining and the minigame never ends. My idea was when people spawn they go to the "no-life-screen" where you can spectate and when minigame ends they spawn.

I like this idea, though I can't say I've ever had a big problem with it.

I agree with this. I don't like having to wait for these people to die while I already have, but then more join making the wait longer.
