The subject is as it says. TMNT face and chest decals of, who else? The turtles. And Maybe some minor characters too, but in general, TMNT face and chest decals. If some one does actually does this decal suggestion, it doesnt matter which generation of Turtles (i.e The Orignal Comics, 1987 cartoon, 2003, or even the movies).
