battle feild heroes black screen fixes please!

when i press the ''play now'' button the window will pop up,then it'll turn black. then  a error report from microsoft will appear.

i don't know much about drivers or bits or something like that but i defiantly know that something
is CRAPPING up my game. i have never played before because of this problem.

I know how to fix it! Ask BATTLEFIELD HEROES tech support, or the BATTLEFIELD HEROES support forum, not the BLOCKLAND forum who don't really know what is wrong other that what it could be.
