Can I re-download and register spore?

Please I really need to know because I am thinking about buying spore galactic adventures but I have recently got a new computer! I also gave my sister my computer and I think my dad took spore off of it. I need to know if I can re-download it because I will be pissed if I have to buy a new copy! I also won't be getting galactic adventures soon

The least they could do is make it so you can un-register the game then re-register it on a different computer!
