Is there any computer that costs around $0-$400 with these or better specs?

That would make sense I guess, seeing how I don't see any computers with only 4 GB of space including 3 operating systems and still have room for 2 more.

:3 Well, one has use use rational logic to see that I was talking about a computer that uses one of the operating systems listed.

I think he's wondering if there's a computer within 400 dollars that could handle this game.

Okay, a better question is is there any cheap pcs that can run Oblivion smoothly?
